Q: Where is worship held?
A: Worship is being held in-person, either indoors or outdoors during the summer and fall seasons. If you are ever unsure, we post color coded signs on the front door indicating where worship will be held.
Q: Where do I sit during outdoor worship?
A: Please bring a lawn chair if you are able to. If you can’t, come anyways and we will get you a chair! Please sit with the people you live with and stay at least 6 feet apart from others.
Q: Do I have to come in-person for worship?
A: If you don’t feel safe in coming out for worship, please join us for online worship. Online Worship will be on Facebook Live on Sunday mornings at 10am, click HERE to join us! Worship is also uploaded to the Church Website and the Alden UMC Youtube channel by Sunday afternoons. For those without internet, we offer our sermon by phone each week, just call 1-231-216-1462.
Q: What precautions should I be taking?
A: Please try to socially distance by staying at least 6 feet apart from others. We also have hand sanitizer stations that are available for you to use. Whether you are vaccinated or not, please wear a mask to worship. If you aren’t feeling well, stay home and join worship virtually.
Q: Will there still be singing during worship?
A: Yes, we will be singing during worship.
